Apple Cider Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Hard Cider
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • Apple wedge for garnish
  • Thyme sprig for garnish
Cinnamon Sugar for Rim
  • 4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tsp Sugar

Method
 

  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Dip rim of glass in cider, then into cinnamon sugar to create pretty rim. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add hard cider and Aperol. Top with Club Soda and stir.
  3. Garnish with apple wedge and thyme sprig.
