Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Hard pear cider
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • Seltzer water, or other fizzy water
  • Pear slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Into a glass of crushed ice add hard pear cider, Aperol, and lemon juice. Stir and top with Seltzer (or other fizzy water). Garnich and enjoy!
