  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Red Grapefruit Juice
  • Grapefruit wedge & Thyme sprig for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill glass with ice and add Aperol and Prosecco.
  2. Top with Club Soda and grapefruit juice.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and thyme sprig.
