Prosciutto & Brie Tartine with Arugula & Strawberry Puree

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices good bread like Sweet Batard, Rustic Sour, Pain Au Levain
  • Strawberry Puree
  • Brie cheese Bring to room temperature so cheese is spreadable
  • Baby arugula
  • Strawberry Puree to drizzle over top

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Speed each slice with a generous amount of strawberry puree. Substitution: strawberry jam.
  3. Spread brie over bread.
  4. Layer on slices of prosciutto.
  5. Top with baby arugula.
  6. Drizzle with strawberry puree.
