good bread like Sweet Batard, Rustic Sour, Pain Au Levain
Strawberry Puree
Brie cheese
Bring to room temperature so cheese is spreadable
Baby arugula
Strawberry Puree to drizzle over top
Method
Toast the bread.
Speed each slice with a generous amount of strawberry puree. Substitution: strawberry jam.
Spread brie over bread.
Layer on slices of prosciutto.
Top with baby arugula.
Drizzle with strawberry puree.
