Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Whisk in sugar until completely blended.
  3. Add, heavy cream, milk and vanilla to bowl and thoroughly combine.
  4. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and freeze according to machine's directions.
